Justin Bieber appears to be improving since his diagnosis of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. For the first time in a month, Bieber was photographed with a broad smile.

The disease to his nerves caused partial facial paralysis. The left side did not move. He could hardly blink and smiling became impossible.
