Beyonce donated for a second time $1 million to “ensure economic empowerment for Black businesses.” Her non-profit foundation, BeyGOOD, started in July the Black-Owned Small Business Impact Fund. At that time, she seeded the initiative with $1 million. On Wednesday she doubled that amount. The Impact Fund awarded grants to 20 applications. Another round of applications will happen this month.
