And Kim Kardashian even went all out during a simple errand, squeezing her hourglass curves into a skin-tight Balenciaga ensemble while fetching things from a CVS drug store with her assistant on Wednesday in Calabasas, California. 

The plunging, off-the-shoulder top featured its own gloves, evoking the same vibe as her head-to-toe black look from Monday’s Met Gala.
