TYRESE: Slips Away From Process Server Mid-Performance

The move Tyrese pulled over the weekend sounds like something straight out of a movie.

The R&B singer was on stage in Georgia at the Stockbridge Amphitheater when a security guard pulled him aside and got in his ear mid-performance. According to sources, he was being told there was a process server on site, ready to serve him papers. But Tyrese kept his cool, singing a while longer before jumping down from the stage. After that, he sprinted to the exit, while singing on his way out and letting the fans know that he loves them.

TMZ managed to uncover a few additional details. Apparently the papers were related to a lawsuit from a guy named Bryan Barber, suing Tyrese for $10 million for defamation and libel. And while fans might have felt cheated after Ty had to cut his set short, apparently he only skipped out three songs early in the end.
