SHARK ATTACK: American Tourist Killed in The Bahamas

A Pennsylvania woman on a Royal Caribbean cruise with her family was killed in a shark attack while on a snorkeling excursion.

The 58-year-old booked an independent snorkeling excursion at a popular spot in the northern Bahamas and was in the water when a bull shark appeared and attacked her. Tour boat operators rushed the woman to the hospital where she died. Royal Caribbean says the woman and her family were on the seven-night Harmony of the Seas cruise and that the company is assisting the family. (Newsweek)
