Congratulations to Chrissy Teigen, who celebrated her first year of sobriety. She shared Monday at Instagram, (quote) “Not a drop of alcohol in 365 days!”
Chrissy admitted in her lengthy post that she once drank to calm her anxiety. Funny enough, the anxiety disappeared “when I quit drinking.” She also confessed that going without alcohol has its drawbacks. (quote) “I miss feeling loopy and carefree sometimes. But toward the end, it didn’t give that fun feeling anymore anyhow.”
Chrissy barely remembers attending any awards shows with her husband John Legend. She pre-gamed in the limos and was lit before she got to her seat. Chrissy admitted how it was not fun the night she passed out at home “while an Outback Steakhouse chef taught my friends how to make a bloomin’ onion.” (Entertainment Tonight)
