PRINCE ANDREW: Faces Sexual Assault Trial

Prince Andrew failed to convince a judge to dismiss the civil lawsuit filed by Virginia Giuffre. She’s accused the Royal of raping her three times when she was just 17 years old.

The jury trial could be scheduled for this fall. A Palace spokesperson told People magazine (quote) “We would not comment on what is an ongoing legal matter.”

Virginia Giuffre recalls three times Prince Andrew forced himself onto her. The alleged sex assaults occurred around the turn of the century in London and New York, and on a private island owned by convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Virginia Giuffre has evidence of their relationship: a photograph taken at age 17 with Prince Andrew, whose arm is wrapped tight around her waist. Standing nearby — with a look of approval — is convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell.

Virginia Giuffre said last month (quote) “Maxwell did not act alone. Others must be held accountable. I have faith that they will be.”
