The new King of England, the Royal formerly known as Prince Charles, immediately started making changes at Buckingham Palace.

Prince William inherited his father’s former title, Prince of Wales. For the first time since Charles was still married to Diana, there’s a Princess of Wales – William’s wife Kate Middleton. (People)

In the King’s first speech, Charles addressed the black sheep of the Royal Family, (quote) “I want also to express my love for Harry and Meghan as they continue to build their lives overseas.” (Entertainment Tonight)

Most importantly, his mother’s beloved Corgis have a new home. Unfortunately, it’s with arguably the worst member of the Royal Family, Prince Andrew. He and ex-wife Sarah Ferguson share an estate large enough that they rarely bump into each other. They’re adopting the Queen’s Corgis. (ABC News)
