Kanye West is being accused of acting out during a a court-ordered deposition.
AllHipHop reports that Yeezy appeared virtually to address claims against him by a company called MyChannel that alleges he used their technology to sell his Sunday Service merch.
During a 10-minute deposition, Kanye is accused of calling the lawyer questioning him “boy” at least a dozen times. He also refused to put down his cell phone or even look at the attorney, who he asked if he was “[effing] stupid.”
Towards the end, Kanye stormed off but not before telling the lawyer questioning him how lucky he was to interact with the “richest Black man in America and a Black Trump supporter” before claiming he had to go because he had lives and diets to change. On his way out, he pulled down a mask that had an image of Jesus on it, which he said the other participants didn’t deserve to see.
A representative for MyChannel says “[Kanye] West’s bad faith efforts to sabotage the deposition will be viewed by the Court as one of the most outrageous and inappropriate deposition performances it has observed as well.”
