On the heels of a secret shoot at a Long Island TV studio, now comes word that “Beyoncé recently shot for the cover of British Vogue.”

Jennifer Lopez will not own the New York Mets baseball team. Not yet. J-Lo was outbid by Steve Cohen. The hedge fund billionaire will pay more than $2.4 billion for the Mets. On Monday, Cohen signed the agreement with the current owners, the Wilpon family. (Sports Illustrated)

On Monday, Jeopardy! champion Ken Jennings joined the show as a consultant. Executive Producer Mike Richards dismissed gossip that Jennings was being groomed to replace host Alex Trebek, who was diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Richards said (quote) “We’re not shopping. Trebek is our guy. He’s our guy till he tells us he’s not our guy. Then we can have a different conversation.” (The Ringer)
