FRENCH MONTANA: Shooting at Video Shoot

Gunfire broke out on the set of a French Montana music video.

Miami TV stations reported Thursday night that as many as 10 were shot, including rapper Rob49, who sat beside French Montana shortly before the shooting. There’s no indication that Montana was injured

Paramedics airlifted four victims to the hospital. One of them — possibly Montana’s personal bodyguard — is in critical condition. Other victims reportedly got themselves to the Emergency Department for treatment.

Miami Gardens Police Detective Diana Gourgue said there were multiple crime scenes. A witness thought that a nearby armed robbery escalated (quote) “It was like 13, 14, 15 gunshots. It was very rapid, it sounded like an assault rifle. I took off running.” (WSVN-TV, Miami)
