DIDDY: Sued By Danity Kane Artist

Another day, another legal headache for Diddy.

He’s facing yet another serious lawsuit, this time from former Danity Kane member Dawn Richard. In the lawsuit, Richard says Diddy manipulated her with promises of success after her appearance on Making the Band. Instead, she claims he subjected her to emotional and sexual abuse, while forcing her to witness the violent mistreatment of his ex-girlfriend, Cassie. Here are some of the claims Richard makes:

• Diddy insulted female contestants, calling them “fat,” “ugly,” “bitches” and “hoes.”
• In 2005, Richard witnessed Diddy’s ex, Kim Porter, leaving a studio with a bruised face.
• In 2009, Richard says she witnessed Diddy, high on drugs, throw Cassie against a wall, choke her and drag her up a flight of stairs.
• Richard alleges Diddy punched Cassie in the face and tried to strangle her during separate incidents at his L.A. mansion.
• Richard claims she also endured Diddy’s abuse, being forced to rehearse for 48 hours straight without sleep, leading to extreme weight loss,
