Hailey posted to her Instagram Stories a photo from the red carpet with the caption, (quote) “Three Years.” (Entertainment Tonight)

Also, three years ago at the Met Gala in May 2018, Hailey Baldwin’s date was none other than Shawn Mendes. They did not stay together very long. The next month, Hailey was canoodling with Justin.
