Cristiano Ronaldo does not like Coca-Cola and the feeling is mutual. The soccer stud is responsible for Coke’s value plummeting $4 billion in a single day of stock trading.

Coca-Cola is the official sponsor of this month’s European soccer championship. Ronaldo shoved aside bottles of Coke placed on a press conference table. He urged 300 million Instagram followers to drink water — not sugary drinks like Coke.

A spokesperson the soccer tournament, trying to make the best of soccer’s most popular player insulting their sponsor, said, (quote) “Everyone is entitled to their drink preferences. Players are offered Coca-Cola and Coca-Cola Zero as well as tap water.” (People)
