KANYE WEST: Divorce Delay

Kanye West is looking to put the brakes on the divorce from Kim Kardashian until some other issues are sorted out.

Ye’s concerns are related to the couple’s finances — specifically that when she remarries that she might move some of their joint assets into new accounts. Ye’s lawyer has proposed three conditions around reimbursements and prohibiting transfers stored in trusts the couple created.

The third condition is for Kim to waive their marital privilege until there’s a final custody decision, so that any conversations between her and a potential new husband, if related to custody, could be referenced in court.

Kim’s camp doesn’t seem interested in negotiating or compromising — she’s apparently rejected all three asks. (TMZ)
