BEYONCE: Honors Serena in New Ad

Beyonce is raising a glass to retiring tennis legend Serena Williams — a glass of Gatorade, that is.

Bey narrates a new ad for the sports drink, which is titled “For Serena Williams, With Love.” The commercial was directed by Jake Nava, the man behind Beyonce’s “Crazy in Love” video.

In an extended version, which went online Monday morning, Bey says, “When the world writes her down in history, we’ll begin where she started. At love. It’s a love that we’ll remember through the generations, a love that started a movement, a movement to always love exactly who you are and who you can be.”
